1. Proof of Purchase:

   • Returns require proof of purchase, such as The Mane Lion order number or packing/gift slip.

2. Exclusions:

   • We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from The Mane Lion resellers or other retailers. Please contact the respective retailer directly for their return policy.

3. Return Condition:

   • Items must be unused and returned with all original components in their original packaging.

4. Return Shipping:

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper. The Mane Lion does not cover return shipping expenses.

5. Sale Items:

   • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Refund & Merchandise Credit Policy (for eligible returns):

   • Returns within 30 days of purchase: Eligible for a refund of the product's price, excluding shipping charges, credited back to the original form of payment.

   • Returns between 30-60 days from purchase: Eligible for a merchandise credit for the product's price, less shipping charges.

   • Gift Returns: Gift returns will be issued a gift card code for the product's value if received within the eligible return period. Please provide the gift giver's name and address for verification.

   • Returns after 60 days: We are unable to accept returns for items purchased more than 60 days from the date of purchase.
